Solvent-based thermal laminating adhesive

Solvent based adhesive which has outstanding initial bonding force, heat-resisting, and yellowingresisting properties for industrial applications

Solvent based adhesive is formulated to have excellent adhesion on most of plastic substrates, such as PC, ABS, TPU, EVA, PE, and PP (Surface treatment needed). After Put in hardener, this improves the properties of bonding, chemical resistance, and heat resistance.

 

PUR Moisture reactive hot melt adhesive

PUR is moisture-reactive polyurethane (PU) hot melt adhesive designed for 3C devices assembly and other applications demanding fast curing speed for fast production line. Comparing to general grade PUR, HongJi PUR can almost reach 40-50% of full curing after 4-6hrs.

HongJi PUR is also possible to be reworked under the 80 -100℃for glass and plastics bonding. HongJi PUR is formulated to have excellent adhesion on most of plastic substrates, such as PC、ABS、PMMA、PET、and PP (Surface treatment needed). HongJi PUR containing reactive functional group can be cross-linked with the moisture in the air or substrates during the coating and lamination process. After the crosslinking reaction, the glue exhibits much better physical properties than non-reactive adhesives. This product is the one part system compared to the two parts system, solvent-based or water-based products that can provide more convenient operation and rapid productivity.
